BTC Cycle Cockpit – Delete account and data

If you can sign in, open Account in BTC Cycle Cockpit and choose Delete account. After confirmation, the app starts the permanent deletion process directly.

Deletion request outside the app

If you no longer have access to the app, contact us from the email address associated with your BTC Cycle Cockpit account at contact@chingolabs.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required to prevent unauthorised deletion.

What is deleted?

The Supabase authentication identity, account profile, entitlements and user-linked personal usage/session data are deleted. If a Stripe web customer is linked to the account, the customer is deleted and active Stripe subscriptions are ended. Transaction, invoice or tax records may remain with payment providers where retention is legally required.

Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions

Deleting the BTC Cycle Cockpit account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Such subscriptions must be managed separately in the respective store. Account deletion itself remains available regardless.
